Introduction
When we start to observe our skin, we often expect to perceive visible reactions: warmth, slight redness, a sensation of circulation or the impression of more stimulated skin.
However, some people notice the exact opposite. Even when using different treatments or devices, their skin seems to almost never react .
This lack of reaction can be confusing. Many people then conclude that their skin isn't functioning properly or that the treatments are ineffective.
In reality, skin that reacts little may simply be functioning according to a different biological rhythm .
Why some skin types seem to almost never react
Not all skin types have the same level of visible reactivity. Some show very rapid signs when stimulated, while others evolve much more discreetly.
This difference may depend on several factors: microcirculation, nerve sensitivity of the skin, or the way in which tissues regulate inflammation.
In some cases, the skin simply works deeper without producing an immediately noticeable reaction on the surface.
This often explains why two people can use the same product and experience completely different reactions.

Stable skin is not necessarily inactive skin
The absence of redness or any particular sensation does not mean that the skin is not reacting.
Tissues can adapt gradually without producing immediate visible signs. Some skin types simply possess a more stable regulatory capacity .
This stability can even be an advantage, as it often indicates that the skin tolerates stimulation without triggering an excessive reaction.
It then becomes more useful to observe the overall evolution of the skin over several weeks rather than looking for an instantaneous reaction.
